Shipping

We use the US Postal Service as our carrier and ship bi-weekly, Mondays and Thursdays. Soap orders of half and whole loaves are made to order and take 1 week after ordering to ship. We do our best to keep plenty in stock but the weekends can wipe us out unexpectedly! Shipping is flat rate of $7 and you can use code FREE50 on orders over $50 for free shipping.

Returns

Skincare - Due to the nature of this products, we do not accept returns on skincare. We will however make sure you are happy with a product whether that means a new product or refund, depending on the situation.

Crystals - Items damaged in shipping should be documented immediately upon opening and emailed to us ASAP at windandfireapothecary@gmail.com. A solution will be determined on a situational basis. Undamaged crystals can be returned in-store with receipt within 15 days of purchase, we understand that some things may not vibe with you and we respect that. We’ll find a perfect stone for you! Online purchases, please email us.

Jewelry - Pieces made in house that have been damaged from general wear cannot be returned but we are more than happy to repair. Undamaged pieces can be returned in-store with receipt within 15 days of purchase. Online purchases, please email us.

Sage, Incense, Herbs, Essential oils - We do not accept returns on these products. If you are unhappy with an herb or incense, please contact us and we’ll work towards a solution. Essential oil diffusers included.

Bags, Chimes & Home Decor - Unused, un damaged items can be returned in-store only with receipt within 15 days of purchase for full return or item swap.

We appreciate our privacy and respect yours too. Any information you share with us is confidential and isn’t sold to any companies or mailing lists. We’re building a community here, not focusing on how many subscribers we have and wouldn’t jeopardize your trust.
